Refund policy

General

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods (e.g., food), cosmetics with limited shelf life, and gift cards. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact your bank. Processing times for refunds may vary. If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@melaninaesthetic.eu.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be sent to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will also be notified of the return.

Shipping

Before returning an item, please email us with the reason for your return. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For items valued over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
